Applying mindfulness practices to our everyday experiences can help us generate more joy and ease in life just as it is. In this virtual class, we will practice mindfulness, enjoy guided meditations, explore concrete ways to apply mindfulness to life's challenges, and share in small and large groups. Whether you are new to mindfulness or an long time practitioner, join experienced Dharma Teacher Annie Mahon who will help you develop a practice of enjoying your life just as it is, even in times of challenge and difficulty. No prior experience with mindfulness or meditation needed, and drop-ins are welcome.
