Extraordinarily Awesome Yoga

With breath, movement, conventional poses and the occasionally unconventional, Phil weaves together a class that helps you feel stronger, wiser and good down to your bones. This is prana-centric yoga, designed to nourish all levels of your being. By shaping breath, directing attention, and not taking ourselves too seriously, we‘ll encounter our innate capacity for strength, flexibility, steadfastness and stillness. This class is most appropriate for students who are comfortable in Yoga Level 1 classes and above. Please note that classes will be virtual-only during December.
