Kerensa has been practicing Ashtanga, hatha and vinyasa yoga for over 30 years. Her style of teaching is friendly, motivating and challenging through an invigorating flow. She is an avid believer in the practice of Karma Yoga and Yoga for All. Yoga is much more than a perfect asana (pose); it is breath, mind and body. Her lifelong mission is to create sustainable and accessible opportunities to practice yoga. In addition to her RYT 200 certification, Kerensa has certification and training in children's yoga and mindful meditation, and through Yoga Activist. She has also offered workshops on applying modifications and accommodations within our yoga practice and on mindfulness and pranayama. Kerensa loves to travel with her family. She also loves museums. Her favorite places in the world are Japan, Antarctica, Abu Dhabi and Boston.
