Linda was introduced to Iyengar Yoga in 2003 and grew to appreciate how a yoga practice integrates body, mind and breath for a state of wholeness. Linda began teaching yoga in 2008, apprenticed with John Schumacher, and continues to practice and study with senior Iyengar teachers regularly. Linda is a CIYT and an RYT-500 through Yoga Alliance. Linda believes that a dedicated yoga practice provides energy and equipoise to enjoy a full life with family, friends and work. She brings this love of the subject to her classes. With systematic sequencing and attention, she encourages students of all abilities to have a full experience in each class and to progress over time.
