Join us for an interactive and fun workshop designed to help high schoolers manage emotions and stress in a healthy, balanced way. Led by a licensed clinical psychologist and a licensed psychology associate and certified mental health coach, we'll explore topics such as mindfulness, emotional regulation, and stress-relief techniques through hands-on activities and group discussions. Participants can try simple breathing exercises and stretches that can be used at home to relax both mind and body.
By the end of the workshop, teens will have access to new tools for emotional well-being. Perfect for high schoolers looking for healthy ways to manage life's ups and downs. No prior experience in yoga or mindfulness is needed!
